Brookfield Johnson Controls was a joint venture formed in 2012 between Brookfield Asset Management and Johnson Controls, combining their Australian and New Zealand property and facility services operations. The partnership merged Brookfield Multiplex Services with Johnson Controls' Global WorkPlace Solutions, creating a fully integrated provider of real estate, facilities, and project management services. At its inception, the entity managed over 3.9 million square metres across more than 9,200 locations in Australia and New Zealand, generating approximately A$250 million in revenue. Clients included major corporations such as Cisco, GlaxoSmithKline, and Agilent Technologies, as well as various government agencies.
