Scope includes general decanting/recanting of equipment in the mess, hazardous material remediation, architectural works, flooring and ceiling finishes, painting, kitchen and ablution refurbishment, roofing works, upgrades to building facade, structural, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical and fire services works.
