The Commonwealth as represented by Australian Fisheries Management Authority (the Customer) invites tenderers for the provision of monitoring services (the Requirement) as described in this Commonwealth approach to Market.The purpose of this RFT is to:
Identify market capability and capacity to deliver the Requirement,
Understand costs and payment options associated with delivery of the Requirement,
SBT transfer weighing procedures using mono video technology the Requirement,
SBT transfer weighing procedures using stereo video technology the Requirement,
Assist with research undertaken,
Record live and dead SBT,
Documentation, reporting and book keeping,
Deliver briefings, port visits and additional requirements and
Workplace Health and Safety practises with policies, procedures and training.
