Description

The Department of Finance, Building Management and Works (BMW) manages various routine maintenance service contracts on behalf of other State Government Departments/Agencies (Public Authorities) throughout Western Australia.
This Request is for the provision of a Test and Tag Service (the Service) for electrical equipment and appliances located at Public Authority sites in the Great Southern region.
The Public Authority sites are distributed within seven (7) zones in the Great Southern region.
Respondents are invited to bid for one or more zones. BMW (the Customer) will appoint a Panel of Contractors for the provision of the Service in each zone. This will involve Respondents submitting “a fixed price/asset rate” based on carrying out the Service in the nominated zone location. Respondents will not be expected to undertake work in zones that they did not bid for.
‘Test and Tag’ does not include the repair of electrical appliances identified as being faulty.
