Northam Primary School Roof Replacement and Associated Works to Old House

The Works comprise of removal of existing roof sheeting and battens on main roof and verandah and replacing with new metal deck roofing & insulation. Remove existing gutters and downpipes and replace with new as specified. Remove existing fascias, scotias, soffits & eaves linings and replace with new as specified. Remove existing structural timbers, rafters and columns on verandah roof and replace with new to match original sizes and profiles. Remove existing lath & plaster ceilings internally and replace with new plasterboard ceilings. Re-fit all existing lights and other fittings in new ceilings and other such work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification
