Demolition of a brick and tile 3 bedroom duplex pair including winged and dividing fencing, rear asbestos fencing, clotheslines, shed and a tree to rear yard of left hand side near fence. This demolition is to include the removal of 100 ml of soil to the whole site and replace with clean fill. A SWMS asbestos report has been completed and a final report will be conducted once the site has been cleared prior to payment.
