DEC requires the works consisting of, but not limited to the following:
• Clearing and disposal of vegetation off site;
• Bulk earthworks and disposal off site of surplus material;
• Removal of asphalt paving and replacement with topsoil suitable for planting;
• Supply, lay and compaction of limestone base for pathway;
• Supply, lay and compact 30mm red asphalt;
• Construction of faux railway crossings;
• Construction of road narrowing;
• Removal of asphalt paving and replacement with soil suitable for planting;
• Setting out of all works; and
• Quality testing and commissioning as specified.
