Description
Summary of works: 21-unit complex – mixed of 2 x 1 (total 10 units) and 3 x 1 (total 11 units) bedrooms. Build year – 1984. Complete internal refurbishment of all 21 units. Complete external building maintenance repair works on units. Complete roof repair/replace works on units. Complete electrical upgrade to the 22 individual units sites. Please note: unit 10 has been demolished but still requires electrical infrastructure to be installed for future purposes. Complete electrical upgrade infrastructure to the complex main switchboard and underground supply cabling for future maximin demand. Engineer and Certificate of Design documents will be provided on RFT for structural works
