Market Stimulus Panel (SR00630 Head Agreement) for member accredited in the HEER Method - Activity Definitions D17 & D19 of the ESS Rule to establish a forward contract for the supply of Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs) to the Department. The Department is only purchasing ESCs that have been created by the awarded tenderer for HPWH activities delivered under the HEER Method - Activity Definition D17 & D19 in NSW. This RFQ is being run as a direct negotiation procurement under Market Stimulus Panel SR00630 Head Agreement.
