The supplier will provide advice on the barriers and enablers to mine waste and tailings reprocessing in NSW. This includes assessing regulatory, environmental, policy, commercial, market, technical and operational factors that influence whether reprocessing opportunities are progressed. The work will be delivered in two parts. Part A covers regulatory, environmental, policy, commercial and market factors, including legislative frameworks, approval pathways and market conditions. Part B covers technical and operational factors, including processing technologies, site constraints and infrastructure considerations. The assessment will be based on desktop analysis of publicly available information and materials provided by NSW Resources. Direct engagement with industry is not required. Respondents may submit for one or both parts and may propose partnership or subcontracting arrangements.
