Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade - Stage 3

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade – Stage 3 for Parliament House and Parliamentary Annexe Building, located at the corner George and Alice Streets, Brisbane.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include:

•  Decommission, make safe and remove the existing main switchboards in Annexe and Old House buildings
•  Decommission, make safe and remove the existing consumer mains for Annexe main switchboard
•  New main switchboard in the existing Annexe main switch room
•  New main switchboard in the existing Old House main switch room
•  New consumer mains to the new Annexe main switchboard
•  Modification of existing main switch rooms (BWIC) to suit new works
•  New general lighting installation for main switch rooms
•  Modification of existing sub mains to suit new works
•  New cable trays, cabling as indicated on the drawings
•  New computer monitored/tested emergency and exit lighting installation (Clevertronics Zoneworks Hive XT)
•  New smoke detection and speakers
