CQUniversity is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Planning Consultants for preparation of a Material Change of Use (MCU) Development Application and associated Planning Report required to upgrade the University’s Coastal Marine Ecosystem Research Centre (CMERC) located at Gladstone Marina.
