Provision of Trauma Informed Practice Professional Development Program and Resources

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the provision of Trauma Informed Practice Professional Development Program and Resources from suitably qualified and experienced organisions.

As part of the response, Suppliers are required to complete and return the following documents:

QED97433 Attachment A - Key Personnel Form;

QED97433 Attachment B - Deed Poll of Confidentiality;

QED97433 Attachment C - Local Benefits Test; and

QED97433 Final One-off Part C - ITO Response Schedules.
