Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a refurbishment of an existing Teaching Block 2 at Kruger State School, located at Kruger Parade, Bellbird Park QLD 4300 as part of the SIE program. All works are to be completed in January 2021. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
