A project to be undertaken

The AHO is seeking tenders for the supply of solar panels and inverters (Goods) that meet the AHOs’ technical requirements as described in the Scope of Work. The Tenderers must supply and store the solar panels and inverters for collection by the AHO Installers. Tenderers will be responsible for the Goods until collection and transfer of Title to the AHO Contract Installers. This transfer will include all responsibility apart from the manufacturer’s warranty (the tenderer will be held responsible warranty and replacement parts). This program will require the supply of up to 224 5kW Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems including panels and inverters (installed by AHO contractors) by 30 June 2026. However, the Contract term will be for a full twelve months to accommodate any installation delays arising from tenant access or related issues. During this period, the supplier must have the capability to securely store the solar PV systems until such time as the AHO Installer is able to complete installation.
