Roadvale SS - Admin Refurbishment (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the exisiting Administration Block at Roadvale State School, located at 111 Roadvale Harrisville Rd, Roadvale Qld 4310, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Project (SIE) program.

The scope of works includes an internal refurbishment to the Administration Building including reconfiguration of the internal layout. The Administration Block is Heritage Listed. The position of the building is at the front of the school with sufficent site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
