The Department of Environment and Science (DES) is seeking offers for an independent review as follows:

The Office of the Great Barrier Reef (OGBR) is seeking to evaluate aspects of the Queensland Reef Water Quality Program (QRWQP) investments to identify improvements and look towards the value proposition and options for continued investment and delivery models for QRWQP, its program partners and the agriculture sector. The objective of this project is to:

  • Through evaluation, provide an evidence base that can inform future QRWQP design.
  • Identify the success factors or key components that could be continued or enhanced.
  • Identify the barriers and potential strategies for more effective program delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
