Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of an existing classroom Block (Block C) at Jindalee State School, located at 114 Burrendah Road, Jindalee QLD 4074.
The works include the refurbishment of 5 GLAs on Level 1 of Block C. Contractor to allow for asbestos removal as all ceilings are assumed to contain ACM. Demolition and asbestos removal works must happen over the September School holidays.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
