Description
The overall objective of this contract is to install UV disinfection systems at the Warragul and Neerim South Water Treatment Plants. Supply of the UV reactor units have been procured separately to this contract by the Principal and will be issued to the Contractor to install in accordance with the UV manufacturer’s guidelines. Works Under Contract involves the provision of all plant, labour and materials necessary for construction of civil site works including all fittings, valves, structures, pipework, electrical components, connections and associated works in accordance with the Major Works Contract, Specification and Drawings.
Fair Jobs Code requirements are applicable to this Tender. Tenderers will need to submit a copy of their Fair Jobs Code pre-assessment certificate within
the tender schedules. Failure to provide a certificate may exclude tenders from further assessment.
The ICN Local Jobs First Contestability Report will be issued as an Addendum as soon as it is made available. Tenderers must submit a Local Industry Development Plan as part of their submission.
A non-compulsory but highly recommended, Tender Information session will be held at the Warragul Water Treatment Plant, Longmuir Road, Warragul – at 10am Tuesday 19th November 2024. We will also visit the Neerim South Water Treatment Plant as part of the Tender Information Session.
