The Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) wishes to conduct ex-ante cost benefit analyses on approximately 150 research projects within 13 Practice Change areas itemised in 10.1.5 below and extracted from the Strategic Research & Development Plan 2012-17, before the research projects have begun or before they have delivered their first Progress Report (ex-ante assessments).
