This project involves removal of existing perimeter chainmesh fence to the Avoca Street and Bundock Street boundaries of the Randwick Barracks and replace with new in accordance with the Defence Security Manual (DSM) Part 2:60, Appendix 1, Annex B and the Stakeholders requirements.
