This project involves HAZMAT Remediation, ablution upgrades, replacement of HVAC systems, joinery, flooring, ceilings, roofing, repair external window seals and cladding, patch and painting, decanting and recanting, ICT, structural, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services, electrical works including replacement of existing lights, outlets, cable containment, Main Switchboard and Distribution Boards.
