Employee Wellness and Psychosocial Safety Audit

Based on an assessment the Assurance and Risk Branch at Landgate does not have the specialist capability and skills required to conduct this niche audit around the management of psychosocial risks. It is considered best practice to co-source this work out to a suitably qualified audit firm who has the capability to complete this work. This audit will review Landgate’s policies, programs and practices for identifying and managing psychosocial risks and supporting employee mental health in line with WA’s WHS legislation. This will provide a baseline analysis of current state and allow for improvement actions to be developed and implemented. This audit will assess the effectiveness of current controls (including reporting and analysis of data and trends) and initiatives to ensure they foster a psychologically safe and supportive workplace culture. The procurement of Audit Services is usually conducted under the CUAAFA2024 Audit and Financial Advisory Services Common Use Arrangement, but WHS Audits are out of scope.
