EAST TORRENS PRIMARY SCHOOL – REDEVELOPMENT STAGE ONE

Work consists of internal alterations of 540m2 to existing two storey building to address earthquake code requirements, rework electrical and mechanical services. New resource centre, computing suite, wet areas and classroom refurbishments with associated external works including new ramps, steps and paving of 260m2. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
