The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is dedicated to the delivery of rail, busy and ferry services in the Perth metropolitan area and road, coach, and bus services in regional Western Australia.
As part of PTA’s normal operating processes, our workers and members of the public can be exposed to psychological trauma as a result of critical incidents.
The PTA requires the services of an organisation with experienced and qualified personnel to provide a Critical Incident Response Service. This program provides professional counselling, and associated services to Public Transport Authority employees, their families, and where necessary members of the public.
