In June 2007 the Integrity & Risk Committee endorsed, under DVA’s compliance framework, a strategy to begin the translation of the compliance model from a concept into operational business design and processes.This will involve:a)a progressive small-scale roll-out of the DVA’s compliance model, drawing on facilitated workshops of internal stakeholders to develop blueprints for the project design of each program area or function under review.These will provide platforms for subsequent work;andb)the embedding of the compliance frameworks into the culture of DVA, through the medium of each review undertaken by program areas.DVA requires a panel of providers to deliver a range of services under the broad heading of Design and Strategy Services. Services may be required either nationally or in a particular State or Territory, however the majority of the work will be required in Canberra. The term of the Panel will be for a period of two (2) years with two (2) twelve month option periods.DVA is seeking a panel of specialist providers that are innovative and flexible in the delivery of leading edge services as detailed in the draft Deed of Agreement, who can work within tight timeframes as agreed between DVA and the provider(s) and have the ability to maintain effective relationships with departmental representatives.
