The National Capital Authority requires Preventitive Maintenance Services for Buildings and Infrastructure on National Land in Canberra ACT.
The successful tenderer will be required to undertake but not limited to the following services.
- Preventitive Maintenance Services for the our Civil, Mechanical and Electrical assets along with our licenced premises and Heritage Buildings.
- Condition and other reporting
- Reccomendations of Minor Capital Works
- Undertaking Minor Capital works as directed
- Superintendancy of all works conducted
- Management and supervision of all subcontractors
