The ATO has one of the largest Information and Communication Technology (ICT) environments in Australia. ICT services are delivered to internal (ATO) and external clients (taxpayers, agents, etc). The ICT infrastructure environment has been largely
outsourced since 1998.
One of the Business & ICT Provider Relations branch responsiblities is to maintain ICT Service continuity pending sourcing outcomes, as well as managing the current service provider contracts and the transition to each of the three bundles of new contracts.
The ICT Sourcing Program is looking to fill a number of new Canberra based Business Analysts roles to assist with the Transition Projects.
The Business Analyst will be required to hold an “In Confidence” security clearance, or willing and able to obtain it before commencement.
