Description
The Asset Management Branch within the Department of State Growth requires a Road Maintenance Information Management system for assisting with the management of its various road maintenance contracts.
This software is also used for assisting with the maintenance of the Department’s Traffic Signal and Electronic Signage assets, and additionally by administration staff and external after hours call centre staff for co-ordinating customer requests and complaints, call-outs, and emergency response.
