- A partnering relationship that provides the necessary level of service required to best support the banking needs of the City of Salisbury.
- Efficient banking technology and systems, including corporate credit card facility,
- Efficiencies aimed at minimising the impact of non-core operating functions and allowing emphasis to core treasury functions.
- Electronic delivery systems to improve debtor collections, creditor payments and provide better service for the City of Salisbury’s customers.
- A cost-effective account structure with complimentary reporting functionality that will introduce internal efficiencies.
- Introduction of new technology to improve efficiencies of the banking proces
