Provision of Canteen Supplies for WA Prisons and Detention Centre

This Request is for the provision of Canteen Supplies to Western Australian Prisons and Detention Centre. The Panel Arrangement will be mandatory for the following Perth metropolitan prisons and Detention Centre: Bandyup, Banksia Hill, Boronia, Casuarina, Hakea, Karnet and Wooroloo. Regional prisons, which do not have a group buying arrangement in place, will be encouraged to utilise the resultant Panel Arrangement where value for money can be demonstrated.
Canteen products required as part of the Panel Arrangement will include products under the following categories:
1. Food Products
2. Beverages;
3. Tobacco Products;
4. Personal Products (toiletries, medicated supplies, etc.); and
5. Other products (Art and craft materials, magazines, clothing and electrical products).
