Community Wellbeing Outsource Services

The City of Mitcham (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Community Wellbeing Outsource of Service, for Domestic Assistance, Home Maintenance & Home Modifications (Home Support) (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer/s. This will be a full scope of outsourced services including (but not limited to), the complete coordination & management of all clients on behalf of the City of Mitcham, the full end to end invoicing process, a full scope of reporting functions to the Commonwealth and State Government agencies.

Following an extensive review of the Community Wellbeing Services in the lead up to disability and aged care reforms, Council resolved to accept the Commonwealth Home Support Program Service Agreement (aged) for two years and the South Australian Home and Community Care Service Agreement (younger people with disability) for one year. The council’s preference is for a sole supplier for services that are funded in part Commonwealth Government’s CHSP program and the State Government SA HACC programs.
