ATO - Provision of Electrical Office Machines and Appliances

Facilities Management Services (FMS) have the responsibility to provide electrical goods that will enhance efficient work practices and comply with environmental and OH&S guidelines at all Tax Office locations. FMS have identifed a number of Goods that will require replacement or updating over the next five years to coincide with the Tax Office`s asset replacement program. The Tax Office is seeking a solution to the supply and services of their electrical office machine and appliance requirements. The Tax Office anticipates achieving this through supplier arrangements where Providers can best demonstrate the suitable capacity and capability requirements for the Goods and Services used in an office environment. The Tax Office is organised into approximately 62 office buildings in metropolitan, regional and rural/remote locations in Australia. The Services Provider will be required to offer Goods and Services that meet or exceed the relevant Australian Standard or an equivalent acceptable standard. The Services Provider will be expected to: (a) Supply a range of Goods and Services; (b) Supply Goods and Services to a range of Tax Office locations; (c) Where required, install and commission the Goods provided; (d) Where required, services and maintain the Goods provided; and (e) Comply with environmental and OH&S policies of the Commonwealth.
