Department of Health - 37-39 Hay Street Subiaco - Paediatric Rehabilitation Office RefurbishmentSite Visit: An inspection of the site has been scheduled for Wednesday 9th May 2012 at 10:00am. Tenderers are to contact the Superintendent to confirm attendance. Tenderers are to meet in the Ground Floor Lobby, 37-39 Hay Street, Subiaco. All Tenderers shall be deemed to have inspected the site and ascertained the full and true nature of the Works during the tender period and become fully conversant with all visible existing conditions on and surrounding the site for building purposes, including but not limited to restrictions on access, use of lifts, loading materials, storage, etc. and to have allowed for all such factors in this tender. No claims will be allowed on the ground of ignorance of the conditions under which the works will be executed.
