Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to replace an existing bore and design and install a new bore located at SMT Thornlie Campus ? 44 Burslem Drive Thornlie WA 6108. The Work includes but is not limited to Bore design and construction as required and in accordance with Australian Standards, Minimum Construction Requirements for Borehole Construction and the NCC (National Construction Code)Service scanning and dilapidation report Decommissioning existing boreNew pump and pump discharge columnNew bore headworks including borehead plate, connection boxes, test tee, check valve, isolation valve, flow restrictor, flowmeter, recirculation facility.Connections to the existing electrical and irrigation mainline.Testing and commissioning on completion. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
