Description
The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage an Independent Technical Advisor (ITA) to provide independent technical advice for Scrivener Dam located on Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra.
The successful Supplier will be suitably qualified and have sound knowledge of relevant ANCOLD and ICOLD guidelines, and Australian Standards as appropriate and will support contemporary good practice for dam safety management as applied to Scrivener Dam.
The ITA will provide technical advice and support regarding dam safety management for Scrivener Dam. The ITA will also be responsible for the Annual Validation Audits and 5-yearly Functional Audit (due 2024) of the Dam Safety Management Plan (DSMP) to assess the performance of the NCA against the requirements of the individual task assignments specified in the DSMP.
