Description
One of the main objectives of the annual Staff Survey is to provide an evidence based evaluation of organisational health and employee motivation and the workplace factors that impact on motivation.Consultation and services include:
- survey project planning and management,
- customised survey instrument creation,
- data collection,
- statistical analysis and charting, and
- reporting and presentations.
The results will assist the Department with identifying organisational development goals, including where the Department may continually improve its people management practices and corporate services.
There will be an option to extend the contract for an additional year to design and implement the 2009 annual Staff Survey.
