Description

Cape Peron is vested with the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions Regional Parks Unit, this limestone Seawall and adjacent foreshore has been severely eroded and suffered recent storm damage and requires complete replacement and upgrade to meet current building standards and meet expected climate change and sea level rises

The project also requires the reinstatement and stabilisation of an eroded cliff using a Geocell earth retaining wall to ensure operational needs and visitor risk are managed.
