Alterations and new fitout within an existing tenancy space on Level 9 of the Marine Board Building currently occupied by the Hobart Ports Corporation. The fitout will form a new office suite for the Minister, Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. All works are contained within the existing building structure, and the approximate floor area of the works is 200 sqm. Works include alteration to existing air handling system, fire detector and EVAC systems, lighting, electrical and communications (voice & data) services.
