Description
TAFE are seeking to engage in a contract for a preferred supplier arrangement for the supply, installation, support and maintenance of photocopiers. The new contract will cover the approved five year replacement schedule of all photocopiers. The broad objectives of this proposal are to select a preferred supplier(s) of photocopiers who will: (a) Support and maintain our current fleet of Konica photocopiers until they are due for replacement under the five year replacement cycle. (b) Gradually replace all photocopiers and provide Support and Maintenance of these new photocopiers for the duration of the contract.
