Description
The management of claims (excluding those of self-insured employers) pursuant to this Act is undertaken on behalf of WorkCover Corporation by contracted Claims Management Agents and Self-Managed Employers. In some cases, the management of claims requires factual investigations and surveillance to be undertaken. We are now inviting factual investigation and surveillance firms with offices in South Australia (or who may establish an office in South Australia), including firms on the existing External Investigation Provider Panel, to submit Expressions of Interest to provide the above services to WorkCover, Claims Management Agents and Self-Managed Employers.
