SMITHFIELD PLAINS HIGH SCHOOL – BUSINESS ENTERPRISE CENTRE

The work consists of the refurbishment of an existing two-storey brick and concrete school building including demolition and minor asbestos removal, new paving and carparking, entrance canopy, hydraulics, mechanical, electrical/communications services and includes fixed joinery, glazed partitions and suspended ceilings. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Tenderers are advised that Upskill SA requirements will apply to this contract. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
