Description
The Archives is seeking a range of human resource related services including a Managed Payroll Service, a Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) and an Electronic Recruitment (e-recruitment) facility consisting of:
(a) the provision of the software for recording and assessing the Archives' human resource data;
(b) a processing platform to run the software, storage facilities and full technical support for the aforementioned processing platform and storage facilities;
(c) functionality to deal with a range of HR functions including access to ESS (employee self service);
(d) a range of reporting functions; and
(e) coordination services for the software and processing platform.
