Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the roof replacement of existing Block D at Nursery Road State Special School, located at 49 Nursery Road, Holland Park QLD 4121, as part of the Repair and Replacement (R&R) program.
The scope of works comprises of the demolition and replacement of the existing roof system of Block D including but not limited to modifications to the existing roof structure to achieve a new desired roof pitch, new soffit, fascia and gable cladding and new guttering and associated stormwater works. All works are to be completed by January 2025.
