The AEC require fully managed secure internet gateway and web hosting services including, but not limited to:·the design and implementation of the secure internet gateway and web hosting environment to provide secure, stable and reliable communications links to the Internet for delivery of AEC business solutions, web hosting, email, web browsing, and other secure services; ·secure, high performance, and highly available web hosting to deliver the AEC suite of websites and applications to the Australian public via the Internet; ·provision of all necessary personnel, premises and infrastructure for the successful provision of the services; ·security management, reporting and service support for incident, problem and change management; and transition-in and disengagement services.
