Description
The Department for Environment and Heritage (DEH) is seeking to identify financial institutions to provide a Heritage Loan Scheme.
A Heritage Loan Scheme involves new concepts and is capable of several solutions. DEH is at the contemplative stage of this project seeking assistance with ideas and capabilities that will help shape the final product. To ensure mutual understanding between DEH and prospective suppliers DEH intends to carry out a Request for Information (RFI) process which will provide all suppliers with an early and equal opportunity (if they wish), to present information to project managers and influence the direction of the project.
