Austrade is seeking to engage the services of a proven provider with the capacity to provide advice, administer, collate, analyse and report on Austrade’s global feedback program using web-based technology and a suitable survey tool.
Additional services such as the provision of strategic advice on best practice survey design, techniques and communication strategies. and consultancey and coaching services on interpreting reports, developing recommendations and linking data and outcomes to business process are also being sought.
