Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the Central Institute of Technology are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with suitable experience in Mechanical Services to major buildings within the CBD to undertake the Air-conditioning Upgrade North Block at the Central Institute of Technology, Mt Lawley Campus, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 1:00pm on Wednesday 22nd October 2014 at the Central Institute of Technology Mt Lawley campus, Lord Street, Mt Lawley. Meeting point will be the administration foyer.
