Description
The City of Holdfast Bay is seeking to appoint a construction company to construct a new wet/dry hockey pitch for the Seacliff Sports Complex. The construction will require the use of specialised construction techniques due to the fact that the site is a former landfill location.
The retailing wall, fence and netting (on the southern side only) will be done by the Clubroom contractor. The timing of this will need to be discussed and programmed by the successful contractor for this contract and the Clubroom Contractor.
At the time that the works are undertaken, there will also be two other contractors working on the site for the construction of the tennis courts and adjoining 3 storey clubroom facility.
