Adaptable Housing Units – Sale off the Plan

Tenders are invited for sale off the plan purchase of new two bedroom units that are suitable for low income Tasmanians living with disability. Up to 20 units are being sought across Tasmania, in either multiple unit complexes of two or more units, or a maximum of 10 units per complex. The target locations are Hobart, Kingston, Clarence, Glenorchy, Launceston, Devonport, Ulverstone and Burnie. All units must be fully compliant with the adaptable housing standard AS4299, and meet the requirements of Platinum Level under the Livable Housing Design Guidelines. Units must be complete by 1 July 2014.
